Founder & Managing Director
David started Smart Sales & Investments after years in Glasgow property, tired of watching people get charged a fortune and told half the story. He set out to build the opposite: a company that covers the costs, tells the truth, and treats every seller like a neighbour.
What drives him is simple: do right by people, and the business takes care of itself. You will often find him on the phone with sellers himself, because he still believes the best deals start with an honest conversation.

Adam joined us in 2024 and quickly developed into our Sales Manager. Before SS&I he served in the army, with tours in Afghanistan and elsewhere. His people skills are what set him apart, keeping both buyer and seller onside all the way through. Fun fact: his first job was selling DVDs down the Barras.
Chris McGeachie
Sales Team
Chris joined in 2025 with a background in estate agency behind him. He is a great asset to the team and takes the time to understand that everyone's situation is different. Fun fact: he used to be a DJ and played all over the world.

Adele looks after clients from start to finish. She is one of the people who gets everyone through the door, and she will keep you updated at every stage. Fun fact: she spends her full wage on Shein.

John Sison
Admin Assistant
John is our overseas team member, based in the Philippines, and helps the team right across the business. Fun fact: he sings in a local bar and is a portrait artist.
