We can literally go through the full steps through What’s App, and you don’t ever need to speak to us on the phone if you don’t want too!

  • What plans do you offer?
    Basic Plan – Free email and What’s App deal list. VIP Plan – You see the deals at least 24 hours before they go to Basic Plan or on the market. Deals sourced for your criteria, subscription reimbursed into buyer’s premium once you take a deal + private What’s App group
  • Can you refer a solicitor?
    Of course. We are happy to introduce you to our personal solicitor who will act on your behalf. While transactions are typically faster when clients use our solicitor, this is not mandatory, and you are welcome to use your own solicitor
  • How can I work closely with Smart Sales & Investments?
    Yes. We offer a Bespoke Sourcing Mentorship Programme where we work on a 1-2-1 basis with you to help grow your portfolio. Please contact us for more information
  • What is a buyer's premium?
    This is the fee we charge for our service. We work diligently to bring our investor clients the highest yielding investments possible. We invest significantly in marketing each month to ensure we have the highest deal flow in the country, consistently presenting the best opportunities available.

  • Can I sell my tenanted property with you?

  • Do you have a solicitor I can use?
    Absolutely. We always offer our clients the option to use our personal solicitor, with whom we have worked on hundreds of deals, to ensure a speedy sale. However, there is no obligation to use our solicitor
  • Can I sell privately without listing on the market?
    100%. We are here to work for you. If you prefer a private sale, we will conduct a single viewing and sell the property to one of the clients in our investor database. This means the property will not be marketed online. This method is very popular amongst our seller clients.
