Since 2020, we have effectively sourced and meticulously vetted hundreds of exceptional off-market, below market value investment opportunities for thousands of investors using innovative marketing strategies, before presenting them to clients in our Smart Property Packs.

Your journey with us begins with the deal, which can be found in one of 3 places: The Open Market, Our VIP Service or our mailing/WhatsApp community. 

Each deal comes with its own Smart Property Pack, containing everything you'd like to know about your prospective investment. 

You've read the pack and decided this is the right investment for you. In order to secure the property you shall pay the first half of the buyers fee. This fee is refundable in the event that the sale breaks down through no fault of your own. 

You'll then be offered the opportunity to use a Smart approved solicitor to ensure an efficient conveyancing process. 

Once the transaction has completed, you'll be due to pay us the second half of our buyers fee and celebrate your purchase!

Renovate

Upon completion of purchase, we'd gladly renovate your property at Smart Home Improvements.

Finally, once your property is fully renovated, we'd happily manage it in Smart Property Let's for 10% of the rent per month.

    Yes. We can sell your property to a vetted cash-buying investor that can complete the purchase inside 4 weeks should your property be in poor condition. We specialise in selling investment properties, so the internal condition is not a priority for our database of buyers
  • Can I sell my tenanted property with you?
    Of course! We have sold hundreds of tenanted properties since over the years. Property investors love buying tenanted properties as they can enjoy instant cash flow from day 1 of the sale
  • Do you have a solicitor I can use?
    Absolutely. We always offer our clients the option to use our personal solicitor, with whom we have worked on hundreds of deals, to ensure a speedy sale. However, there is no obligation to use our solicitor
  • Can I sell privately without listing on the market?
    100%. We are here to work for you. If you prefer a private sale, we will conduct a single viewing and sell the property to one of the clients in our investor database. This means the property will not be marketed online. This method is very popular amongst our seller clients.
